NewGardens, LLC is a Nevada corporation that was conceptualized in January 2004 and formalized in May 2005 with the idea that there are more healthy and efficient ways to produce food, and more responsible ways for humans to interact with the Earth. The company
is currently in the start-up stage and expects to move rapidly towards further growth and expansion.
There is substantial opportunity to originate and grow a locally run, regionally managed firm such as NewGardens. We will capture
the lucrative high end restaurants, spas, resorts and hotels-casino market and develop a profitable business by being the first commercial
turnkey aeroponic company in the world.
