To understand the significance of the environmental damage caused by traditional farming industry, consider the release of non-reused
nutritive solutions in the soil. Every production cycle of tomatoes, for example, releases between 23 and 39 gallons per sq.ft of
nutritive solution into the environment. This brings dangerous accumulations of chemical elements such as nitrogen, whose washing

a world emergency which is now involving countries traditionally rich in this precious possession.
Our aeroponic growing methods
use no harmful chemicals, pesticides, insecticides or herbicides. Insect and disease control are accomplished by using biological
control methods which are safe to the environment and human health. In addition, aeroponic methods utilized by NewGardens are extremely
conservative regarding water consumption, using only about one tenth of the water normally used in open field agriculture for tomatoes
and other vegetable crops. As NewGardens fertilizers are eradicated, plant and nutrient waste materials are recycled and will be resold
to consumers for general gardening needs.
